Collarbone of Buddha is enshrined in the chetiya of Thuparamaya . it is the first dagaba built in Sri Lanka. Jetavnaramaya this is the largest stupa in Sri Lanka . it was the third largest structure in the ancient world . Mirasaveti stupa was built by Dutugamunu after defeating king Elara . It is a mount peak, located 11 Km east of the medieval city of Anuradhapura. resplendent state of preservation. Of these massive structure of king’s royal palace, the ‘Vatadage’ the ‘Thuparama Image house’ and the ‘Gal vihara’ are the most spectacular and also visit the monuments such as Tivankha Image House, Parakhramabahu Statue, Watadage, Hatadage & Archaeological Museum. Habarana is a popular tourist destination for safari lovers as it is the starting point for safaris in the nearby habaran jungle and the Minneriya Sanctuary which is heavily populated by elephants.

Nearly 10000 species of plants are found in this garden and it is encircled by the Mahaweli River. En-route visit for the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela, which is a home to about 70 Elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. Also, accompany the Elephants to a river close by to see them having their daily baths. After that proceed to Negombo.
